3 Miles A Day for 30 Days – Day 10
November 17, 2020.
My pre-run meal – Made a pizza using flatbread and a cup of coffee.
Yesterday was my best run since this running challenge began. Not sure I will be able to be that today.
The weather today was sunny, cool, and breezy. The temperature was 50 F at run time. Right before heading out, there was a weird weather pattern that briefly passed over, and brought some rain. But that only lasted for about 20 minutes. Afterwards, it was sunny again.
Completed my pre-run checklist; light stretching, a power check for the phone and air pods, grabbed my handheld phone carrier. Run time

Running Challenge – Day 10 – Notes:
No change in my run course.
My body felt good felt the run.
The pace was pretty easy. While the wind was 16 mph, it had no impact on my run. I was pretty surprised my time was decent. I really didn’t feel like it was a great day and think I could be doing much better. That could be the voice from years ago in my head. Time will tell.
No pushups today.
Post-run meal – Waited for dinner. Broiled crab cake and hand made pasta from Fratelli’s (yum).
