The beginning
3 Miles A Day for 30 Days – Day 3
November 10, 2020.
My pre-run meal consisted of a turkey sandwich on white bread (I know but I love it), and a Sea Salt Rx bar. Also drank about 8 ounces of water.
Feeling better with each passing day. While I felt better on Day 2 than I did from the first day, today I started to feel like a runner again.
The weather is still smashing. Warm, with just a few clouds. Wind was minimal. Simply beautiful fall day. Perfect for running.
Did some light stretching, double checked my charge on the Air Pods and Phone and I’m ready to roll!

3 Miles A Day for 30 Days – Day 3 – Notes:
Same route, different day. This will be a pattern.
My legs felt good today, nothing to complain about.
I mentioned I still do intermittent fasting during the week, but made a point to eat something before the run. It was 20 hours since I last ate, so I figured it was probably time.
I am trying to watch my diet close while I am running this challenge. I have actually gained weight when running in the past due to overeating after a workout. Not too concerned, but something to keep an eye on.
My time improved since I didn’t take any calls during the run.
Also – Did 100 push-ups after the run.
Post-run meal – (4) egg whites, (1) whole egg, 1 cup of shredded potatoes
