My pre-run meal – 2 cups of coffee, banana, and peanut and jelly on white toast.
Yesterday, I had a really good run. It was the best day so far, again. There were no suggested changes for today’s run.
The weather today was sunny and cool. The temperature was 57F at run time.
Completed my pre-run checklist; light stretching, a power check for the phone and air pods, grabbed my handheld phone carrier. Let’s go.

No change in my run course.
My body felt good at the start. Felt fatigued after the first mile. Could really feel the pace change by the last mile. Should not have eaten right before running, especially with a PB&J.
With considering a slower pace for today, but happy with the results.
No pushups today
Post-run meal – (2) hot dogs w/ buns.
