My pre-run meal – (2) Peanut Butter and Jelly sandwiches, handful of Wheat Thin and 6 ounces of Gatorade Zero
The weather today was sunny and cool. The temperature was 55 F at run time.
Completed my pre-run checklist; light stretching, a power check for the phone and air pods, grabbed my handheld phone carrier. Let’s go.

My body felt good felt the run.
TBH, I was feeling a little lazy today, but once I got started I was fine. And still had the best time yet.
Changed up shoes today. Went from my normal Air Max to some other Nikes. Nothing fancy but they are lighter.
No pushups today
Post-run meal – Waited for dinner. Spaghetti and meat sauce.
