Breakfast – A bowl of oatmeal (40g) for breakfast and a cup of coffee for breakfast
Lunch – (2) slices of pizza and a large unsweetened iced-tea
Pre-run – Nothing
- Phone and AirPods
- Wore my long sleeve tech shirt
- My reflective vest.
- My handheld phone carrier
- My Hoka running shoes
My hip was sore for most of the run. It wasn’t until mile 4 that the pain dissipated. I took a couple of Ibuprofen before I hit the road. Next time I will take them earlier.
The last mile was very good, pain-free.
The weather was great. Nice breeze, but not too much, and warm.
Aside from the hip pain, it was a great day to be running outside.
