Early start time this morning (732am).

Warm, drizzly morning to start off with.

My hip was a little stiff.

Due in part to the early morning start (and no coffee), plus my sore hip, I had a hard time getting loose.

Today was one of my slower morning runs.

Nothing to write home about, but it’s in the books.

Focus is on tomorrow.

Upon further review, I need to take a break from running to recover from this injury. I’ll be back!
