The inspiration for my 3 miles a day for 30 days challenge came about from a running video I recently had viewed by someone a bit more ambitious with a 10 miles a day for 30 days.
However, you have to start somewhere, so here I am.
I like to workout in the gym, but there is nothing like the feeling of a good run.
This year has been an odd year, to say the least. So after doing much of nothing, physical activity speaking wise, the video was just the push I needed. Youtube can do that to you.
So can starting a public running log to give me an increased degree of accountability.
I will use Map My Run app to track my daily runs.
